60-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Rinze Filtered Showerhead, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. We'll email you a prepaid return label, so returning it costs you nothing.

How to start a return

1. Email support@tryrinze.com (or use our contact page) with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the showerhead (and any unused cartridges) and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are refunded along with your order.

Spare cartridges

Unopened spare cartridges can be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Cartridges that have been installed and used are consumables and can't be returned on their own, but they're covered when you return the showerhead under the guarantee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaks, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.

Subscriptions

Rinze never enrolls you in a subscription without asking. If you choose a refill plan in the future, you can cancel it any time in one click, with no phone call.
