Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $5.95.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 7-12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking and delays

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@tryrinze.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.
