Products and pricing
We try to describe our products and prices accurately. Colors and images may vary slightly from the product you receive. Prices can change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.
Product use
Rinze filtered showerheads are designed to reduce free chlorine in shower water. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary with water quality, usage and cartridge age. Replace cartridges as recommended.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
Returns and shipping
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Shipping times and costs are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.
Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review or send us photos, you give us permission to show them on our site and in marketing. We only publish genuine reviews from real customers.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Rinze or is used with permission. Please don't copy it without asking.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rinze isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
